I promise myself that I will make the effort to take care of my skin and to go on a healty diet :)
- Do mask twice a week.
- Stop eating junk foods frequetly, eat only when i cannot tahan liao !
- Drink lot and lot of plain water
- Sleep early. Had plently of sleep. (Which I think is super duper difficult for me !!!)
- Eat a lot of fruit ! Had to make it a daily habit ! Especially those orange color fruit which is super good for skin (:
- Don't eat too oily food. Say NO to fried food !
- Exercise regularly which i hadn't being doing it for years. And think back when I was in secondary school, I'm sure a sporty person !
